This
is a pretty palace which dates from the beginning of the 16th century,
of Renaissance style, with its inner courtyard standing out. It
is in the Calle de Santa Llúcia.
It
currently houses the Instituto Municipal
de Historia, where you can see photographs and drawings
from archives and all the periodic publications of Barcelona from
the 18th century until today, such as the Diari De Barcelona, founded
in 1792 and doyen of the Spanish press.
