This
immense nature reserve located on the Massís
del Collserola comes within the municipal area of Barcelona
and can be reached by underground with stops at Roquetes
or Zona Universitŕria or by
the Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
In
this park you can find the typical Mediterranean flora, such as
pine and willow trees; and fauna, such as wild boar; buildings,
such as Romanesque hermitages and old farmhouses, etc.
It
is a protected nature reserve and covers 6,553ha distributed between
the municipal areas of Barcelona, Sant Feliu de LLobregat, Molins
de Rei, Sant Cugat and Cerdanyola.
