These beautiful apartments are situated in the port area of Barcelona, Barceloneta, close to beach, Barrio Gotico and all major tourist attractions of the city.
The apartments are located on the 1st and 3rd floor in a building without lift. They have been completely refurnished (June 2003). The flats have 35m2 distributed in the following way:
1 living room with sofa and a bank bed, separated by a curtain in the living room.
Kitchen in the living room.
1 double room with 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with shower.

It' s easy to reach the apartment by public transport both from the airport or from the main train stations. At first, take the Aerobus or the train Renfe from the airport, or the metro from Sants station, until Plaça Catalunya. Once there, you can take the metro and stop at Barceloneta (line 4), you have to transfer once.
Otherwise, you can take a taxi. From Plaça Catalunya it will cost aprox. 10€ and from the airport it adds up to 30€.
The area
Nice apartments situated in a typical Barceloneta street, few metres from the beach. That perfect location let the tourists arrive to Vila Olímpica in a few minutes and walk along the beaches. Whatsmore, the apartments are near from Ciutadella park and the zoo park.
Those who want to go out at night will find some good "marisquerías" ( Sea food restaurants ) near the apartments and in Vila olímpica they could find some discotheques, bars, pubs, etc.
There's a rail station close to the flats and some bus and metro stops. So you could visit other interesting places of the city easily: Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, Parque Güell...
200 € as deposit for guarantee. We will give it back if no damage is caused

Check out is at 9h45 am. Next tenants are not meant to wait for you to leave: In case you do not respect check out time, you will be charged one extra day, without any right of further occupancy
Check out fee will apply only when deposit is paid in cash and in this case, the receptionist has to meet you on departure.
